Uncle Tobys Whole Grain Rolled Oats (76%), Sugar,  Oat  fibre (5.6%), Modified Starch (1412), Linseed (3%), Honey (Maltodextrin, Dried Honey, Natural Flavour). Contains Gluten.  May Contain Wheat, Barley, Rye, Milk, Tree Nuts, Lupin.

Preparation Instructions

Try Me Cold! for An 'Oat-Standing' Breakfast - Hot Or Cold! Microwave Step 1:  Empty Sachet Into A Microwaveable Bowl & Add 2/3 Cup of Milk Or Water (Or Pour To Fill Line Indicated On Empty Sachet) and Stir To Mix Step 2:  microwave On High for 90 Seconds, Stir & Allow To Cool Slightly Before Serving. Caution: Bowl Will Be Very Hot! Directions Have Been Tested Using A 950 Watt Microwave Oven and Are Given As A Guide Only. Alternatively  add the Sachet and 2/3 Cup of Milk Or Water To A Saucepan. Bring To the Boil, Stir, Simmer for 40 Seconds. Allow To Cool Slightly Before Serving. for A Smoother Consistency Add A Little Extra Liquid After Cooking. ​​​​​​​ Enjoy Cold ! Makes 1 Serve: Quick Sachets Are A Delicious Base for Your Overnight Oats, Topped With Seasonal Fruit A Drizzle of Honey. Step 1: Empty Contents of Sachet Into A Bowl.
